How applying for overseas work through Raboche actually works — from creating a profile to deployment.
Raboche is the candidate-facing job portal operated by Steps Overseas, a recruitment consultancy that places candidates from India into overseas roles. It lists international vacancies — mainly hospitality, skilled trades, and technical positions across the Gulf, Europe, and Asia — and manages the application and placement process end to end.
Current vacancies are concentrated in the Gulf — principally the United Arab Emirates and Qatar — along with roles in Europe and Asia. The live list is always at raboche.com/jobs.
Yes. Raboche is available in English and Hindi, and you can switch languages at any time from within the app.
Yes, there is an Android app in addition to this website. Your profile, CV, and applications are shared between them — you can start an application on one and finish it on the other.
Once submitted you receive an application reference in the format RAB-YYYY-XXXXXX, which you can use to track your application.
No. Raboche includes a free CV builder that creates a professionally formatted resume from the details you enter, downloadable as a PDF or a Word document. It supports the Europass-style language proficiency table (CEFR levels A1–C2) used by many European employers.
If you already have a CV as a PDF, you can upload it and Raboche will attempt to read your name, email, phone number, and LinkedIn URL from it. It only fills fields you have left empty, and always asks before writing anything.

It varies by employer. Each listing states individually whether visa sponsorship, accommodation, meals, and daily travel are provided, along with the salary and employment type. Check the specific job page for the terms that apply to that role.

Sign in and go to Profile > Delete My Account. Your request is reviewed by the administration team, normally within 7 working days, and your account stays active while it is under review.
If approved, your account and personal information are deleted, except records that must be retained by law or for a completed placement — and those are stripped of the details that identify you. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Your profile and CV are shared with the Steps Overseas recruitment team and with the specific employers or recruitment clients for the jobs you apply to, for the purpose of evaluating you for those roles. Your information is not sold to third parties. See the privacy policy for the full position.
